Do you want to improve your health, fitness, and wellbeing? Are you planning to lose weight and are looking for ways to effectively achieve this? If so, you may like to contact Nova Physician Wellness Center, who specializes in helping people improve their health and fitness and lose weight. You’ll be given individualized treatment plans which incorporate medical support, nutritional advice, and exercise therapies that are tailored to your physique.
To improve your health and fitness, you need to focus on what you eat and how you move your body. Making improvements to your fitness levels will have a knock-on effect in other areas of your life. If you feel fit and healthy, you will also be happier, which will mean you will be more productive at work or that you can be a better friend to the people in your life.
Task
To gain a greater understanding of your current health and fitness, answer the following questions. Jot down some notes for each one.
How do you see your health?
What are your current fitness levels like?
How does your health and fitness affect your life?
What health problems do you have? And how are you improving them?
This area of your life includes not only your diet and exercise plan but also other areas of health, such as improving your mood or sleep, or improving an ongoing condition, or eating clean to improve skin problems, etc.
Think about any issues you have and write them down.
Spend five to ten minutes and write down a vision for this area of your life. How do you want your health and fitness to be? What do you want to look and feel like?
Allow yourself to dream, don’t censor what you write, or worry about whether it makes sense or not. Just write in a continuous stream. Don’t worry about how you are going to get there or that your dreams seem impossible.
I wrote down the following vision.
My vision
I am so happy and healthy. I have a healthy diet, which gives me all the nutrients I need. I am the best version of myself. I regularly learn about health, nutrition, and wellbeing. I have a healthy balanced lifestyle. My body is fit and active.
I have lots of energy and stamina. I am very flexible and do yoga daily.
You will notice I have written my vision in the present tense so that it looks like this is what I am doing now. I find that this work for me as when I read over these statements it helps to motivate me to start these things.
You can see that I have also thought about why I want to achieve each thing. E.g., I want to be fit and healthy so that I have more energy and stamina. Writing down why you want something will help you to gain the motivation to achieve it.
Change your vision so that it makes you more motivated and inspired. Write down why you want each thing. It may be helpful to start writing your vision on a computer as you will be able to edit it as you need to.
Now set some goals. How are you going to lose weight and get healthy? Take daily action to achieve your goals. Dream big! You only have one life so go out and live it!
